  • Refunds: Advertising services are non-refundable once the campaign has started. If you encounter any issues, please contact our support team for assistance.
  • Cancellations: You may cancel future ad campaigns before they begin for a full refund. Cancellations must be requested at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled start date.
  • Adjustments: Modifications to live campaigns may be requested but are subject to approval and potential additional fees.

2. Merchandise
